What counts as an order?
Each Amazon order synced into Seller Ops IQ in a calendar month. Starter includes 1,000 orders per month and Growth includes 5,000 — we'll let you know before you approach the limit.
Is there a free trial?
Seller Ops IQ is currently in Private Beta. Join the Early Access list to be considered for Beta access — no credit card required at this stage.
Can I switch plans?
Yes. Move between Starter and Growth at any time; the change applies from your next billing cycle.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. There are no long-term commitments. Your subscription remains active through the end of your current billing period.
What is the Founding Seller offer?
The first 10 paying customers get Growth for $19/month for as long as their subscription remains active. When it's gone, Growth is $29/month.
Is Seller Ops IQ affiliated with Amazon?
No. Seller Ops IQ is an independent software platform for Amazon sellers and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Amazon.
Who can access my seller data?
Seller Ops IQ is being designed using tenant-level data isolation. Seller business data will be accessible only to authorized users associated with that seller's organization. Seller Ops IQ system administrators will not have routine access to seller business data. Administrative access will be limited to platform operations, security, account administration, and system health information, with privileged access controls and audit logging applied where administrative intervention is required.
