Seller Ops IQ ("Seller Ops IQ," "we," "us," or "our") is a software platform operated by Nexivo Technologies LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company.
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, protect, and retain information when you visit SellerOpsIQ.com, submit an inquiry, join our Private Beta or Early Access program, create or use a Seller Ops IQ account, connect supported third-party services, or otherwise interact with Seller Ops IQ.
We are committed to protecting the privacy and security of our users and to designing Seller Ops IQ around principles of data minimization, tenant isolation, least-privilege access, and controlled administrative access.
1. Information We Collect
The information we collect depends on how you interact with Seller Ops IQ and the features you choose to use.
1.1 Website and Private Beta Information
During our Private Beta and Early Access stage, we may collect information that you voluntarily provide, including:
- Name
- Email address
- Company or store name
- Approximate Amazon sales or order volume
- Marketplaces in which you operate
- Software or tools you currently use
- Features you are interested in
- Comments, questions, or other information you choose to provide
Submitting a Private Beta or Early Access inquiry is an expression of interest only.
Submitting the form does not create a Seller Ops IQ account, does not establish a paid subscription, and does not authorize Seller Ops IQ to access your Amazon seller account.
During this interest-validation stage, Seller Ops IQ does not collect Amazon Selling Partner API ("SP-API") data, Amazon account credentials, seller account data, order data, customer information, or other Amazon business data through the Private Beta interest form.
1.2 Account Information
When account registration becomes available, we may collect information necessary to establish, secure, and administer your account, including:
- Name
- Business email address
- Organization or company name
- Account role and permissions
- Authentication and security information
- Subscription or plan information
- Account preferences
We seek to collect only information reasonably necessary to provide, administer, and secure Seller Ops IQ.
1.3 Amazon Selling Partner Information
When Amazon integrations become available, Seller Ops IQ may allow an authorized Amazon Selling Partner to connect its Amazon account through Amazon's supported authorization process.
Seller Ops IQ will request access only to Amazon information and permissions reasonably necessary to provide the features selected by the seller.
Depending on the functionality enabled and permissions granted by Amazon and the seller, this information may include data relating to:
- Sales and orders
- Products and listings
- Inventory
- Fees and financial performance
- Marketplace performance
- Fulfillment and operational information
- Other seller information required to provide an authorized Seller Ops IQ feature
The exact information available to Seller Ops IQ will depend on the Amazon APIs, roles, permissions, marketplaces, and features authorized by the seller.
Seller Ops IQ does not require users to provide their Amazon account password to Seller Ops IQ. Amazon account authorization will be performed using Amazon-supported authorization mechanisms.
1.4 Technical, Usage, and Security Information
When you access Seller Ops IQ, we may automatically collect limited technical information necessary to operate, secure, monitor, and troubleshoot the service.
This information may include:
- IP address
- Browser type
- Device information
- Login timestamps
- Authentication events
- Application activity
- Session information
- Error and diagnostic information
- Security events
- Audit-log information
We use this information primarily for security, reliability, troubleshooting, fraud prevention, service administration, and maintaining appropriate audit records.

We do not use seller business data for purposes unrelated to providing, maintaining, securing, or supporting Seller Ops IQ.
3. Amazon Data
When Seller Ops IQ supports Amazon integrations, information obtained through Amazon's Selling Partner API will be handled in accordance with applicable Amazon developer agreements, policies, security requirements, data-protection requirements, and applicable law.
Amazon information will only be accessed after the applicable seller has authorized Seller Ops IQ to access permitted information.
Seller Ops IQ will use Amazon data only as necessary to provide functionality authorized by the applicable seller and for permitted operational, security, support, and compliance purposes.
Seller Ops IQ does not sell Amazon seller data.
We do not use Amazon seller data for unrelated advertising, marketing to third parties, data brokerage, or other purposes unrelated to providing Seller Ops IQ services.
Amazon authorization may be revoked in accordance with applicable Amazon authorization mechanisms.
When authorization is revoked or an account is terminated, applicable Amazon information will be handled in accordance with our retention obligations and applicable Amazon requirements.
4. Tenant Data Isolation
Seller Ops IQ is designed as a multi-tenant software platform.
Each customer organization operates within a logically isolated tenant environment.
Access controls are designed so that users can access only the tenant, features, and information they are authorized to access.
Seller Ops IQ implements technical and organizational controls intended to prevent one customer or tenant from accessing another customer's information.
Users within a tenant may also be assigned different roles and permissions based on the access authorized by their organization.
5. Administrative Access to Customer Business Data
Seller Ops IQ is designed so that platform administrators do not have routine access to the underlying business data belonging to customer tenants.
Administrative users may have access to limited platform-level information necessary to operate and secure the service. Depending on their authorized role, this may include:
- Organization name
- Account status
- Subscription or plan status
- User and role information
- Amazon connection status
- Marketplace connection information
- System and synchronization status
- Technical errors
- Security events
- Audit events
- Technical metadata required for platform administration
The administrative environment is intended to provide the operational visibility necessary to manage Seller Ops IQ without routinely exposing underlying seller business information.
Where exceptional access to protected customer information becomes necessary for security investigations, incident response, legal compliance, customer-authorized technical support, system recovery, or another legitimate operational requirement, such access will be restricted to authorized personnel, limited to what is reasonably necessary, and subject to appropriate security controls and logging.

We seek to collect, access, process, and retain only information reasonably necessary to:
- Provide requested functionality
- Operate the platform
